Landing in his new country of residence for a year, my brother touched down on his first deployment on Memorial Day — quite fitting if you ask me. 

28 minutes now. I was always good about remembering birthdays. Still am, but it’s just one I cannot shout out anymore. 

27 minutes. 

Should one list their relationship status on Facebook? Is it lying by omission if one does not? Is it a “primal” detail that all should know?

Does UPS do refrigerated shipments? haha :)

Thanks for giving me @zerohedge — it has saved my sanity this week and turned out to be the best thing for my current life. At least there is still that. 

I might have gone on a walk with a friend and I might have poured a glass of wine into a red plastic cup and taken it with me.

It was one of those days.

Cry face. Angry face. Tired face. Crazy face? Maybe.

It’s almost over… and then I’ll start on another paper.

…don’t really wanna focus for the moment. I’ll focus later. Future me can handle that.

Today is starting off weird…

First I opt to fix pancakes since I know I’ll be working all day and I want to start with a sweet treat (and healthy - I totally switched up the recipe), but then I open the cabinet and walnuts go spraying everywhere…

Then I shut the fridge door and my roommate’s M&Ms go cascading into the fridge and I know I have to open the door to see the damage/clean it…and of course they then spew across the entire floor. Ughhhh

…and then I come home with a new bag of M&Ms for the roomie and the liquid paint pen spills all over my hand…

I don’t advice pulling a near all-nighter (minus 2hrs) after coming off of a day of caffeine loading, only to continue chugging coffee and black tea. There are ramifications. However, fresh cut pineapple is an excellent remedy.   :)

I can and might eat the entire pineapple in ehhhh… 1 day.

…dancing in my room to Alex Winston. No one can hear me… because I’ve got my darling K240s on. This is bliss - albeit bliss surrounded by political theories and case studies.
