I would love to have a John Mayer album where he did mostly acoustic stuff - or just a couple guitars and drums - and if it was of music we haven’t heard… awesome. It could be covers or entirely new. Either way - I need some John Mayer and if he threw out the studio for a bit, I think it could be a nice breath of fresh air. Not that his other albums are bad - not at all - but a change would be nice. It’s like being at a cafe show, but not really.
